Ingredients:
Capsicum - 1/4 cup
Curds - 1 1/2 Cup
Paneer - 50 gms (crumbled)
Dhania Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/3 tsp
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch (Chop rmely)
Method :
1. Wash and cut the capsicum in to six pieces each.
2. Remove the membrane and de-seed them. Deep fry them slightly and keep aside.
3. Tie the curd in a cloth and hang up. When fully drained remove and crumble.
4. Heat Oil in a pan and add dhania powder. chilli powder, crumbled cruds. fried capsicum and salt.
5. Stir properly and cook for 2 minutes. Now add crumbled paneer and cook for 2 minutes more on a low flame.
6. When the moisture is absorbed take off from the fire.
7. Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
8. Serve at suffed chapaties.
