Mothi Pulao

Ingredients :

Rice - 2 cups
Potatoes - 3
Green chillies - 4
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 (Cut into rings)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Boil potatoes and peel, cut into pieces them. Garnish them with coriander leaves.
2. Make small balls and then fry them in oil, cover these balls with silver foil.
3. Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes.
4. Heat oil and fry cumin seeds, onions rings, cloves, garam masala powder and add soaked rice and fry them for same minutes.
5. Add 3 1/2 cups of water in the rice and cook, keep them aside, when they are ready.
6. Put rice in serving plate and decorate it with potato balls.
7. Serve hot with cucumber, tomatoes, onion salad.
